What is Integration in CallHippo?
CallHippo allows quick integration with 100+ software like CRM, helpdesks, communications etc.
Once you integrate your CRM, all your CRM contacts get synced with CallHippo, and you will be able to see all of them in the CallHippo dialer. The logs of the calls made/received are saved at both CallHippo and the CRM.
CallHippo also has a “Click to Call” feature, which lets you make the calls in one click directly from the CRM without copy/pasting or changing tabs.
