Can a sub-user check the Activity of other Users in the account?

Yes, if the sub-user has been given the module rights. The admin can share the rights by the following steps: • Login to the CallHippo web(web.callhippo.com) Account • Navigate to Users section from left panel  • Click on the Gear icon of the user you want to configure > Scroll down to Module Rights> Allocate the module. 

What is Module Rights?

Module rights are the rights that can be given to the sub-users of the account by Admin. The sub-users will only be able to access those modules whose rights have been shared by the admin. Follow the steps below to set the Module rights for each user: • Log in to the Admin account using web.callhippo.com • Navigate to User’s tab from left panel>Click on the gear icon to open the configuration page.  • Click on User modules from the left panel  • Allocate/De-allocate the modules for the selected user.

How can a sub-user set-up the account?

The sub-user is an Agent added by the Admin of the account who can use the system to make/receive calls. Once the agent is added to the account, he/she will get a link to the registered e-mail. He/she should verify the link and set-up a login password. Later, the user/Agent can log in to the mobile app or web(dialer.callhippo.com) app using the same credentials and make/receive calls. 

How to allocate numbers to the Agents in the account?

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard Step 2: Click on "Number and DID" in the left-hand side panel. Step 3: Under the “Number and DID” click on "Numbers" Step 4: You will be able to see the page with Active Phone Number details. Select the blue coloured settings button under the Action tab for the Phone Number you want to Allocate. This will open the Number Settings page. Step 5: On the number settings page, click on "Allocate Users/Teams" as shown in the screenshot.  Step 6: Select the user name to allocate the number. Step 7: You will receive a pop up to confirm the allocation of users to the particular number. Click “Yes” to confirm. Step 8: You will be able to see that selected number is allocated to the highlighted users. Q1: Can I assign multiple numbers to a single agent in CallHippo? A: Yes, CallHippo allows you to assign multiple numbers to a single agent by following the same steps as mentioned above. Q2: Is there a specific user management section for assigning numbers in CallHippo? A: Yes, there is a user management section where you can add, edit, and allocate phone numbers to specific agents. I am not able to sign up using my email address, what could be the possible reasons?

Here are some possible reasons why you might be unable to sign up on our platform: Lack of an Active Website: Your business email is not associated with an active website. Prohibited Business Categories: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate businesses in the following categories: PC support Printer-fix services TV-fix services Airline ticket bookings Traditional healer and spell-casting Customized computers Online toy stores Instant email services Technical support and antivirus services Online dating Limited Online/Social Media Presence: There is no significant online or social media presence associated with your business. Domain Age: Your domain age is less than 45 days. Freelancing: Please note that our services are currently only available to registered businesses. If you are a freelancer, we recommend exploring our platform once you have officially registered your business. Generic Domains: We do not accept registrations from generic domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, or ProtonMail. How To Set Up Your Browser to Work With CallHippo?

Browser: Google Chrome 1. CallHippo is compatible with all browsers. However, for the best experience and call quality, it’s important to ensure your browser is up to date and properly configured. 2. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, as its WebRTC support is more advanced compared to other browsers. Firefox is the second-best option. 3. You can check if you’re running the latest version of Google Chrome using this link. Please do the following to ensure that your permissions are enabled properly: When you first log into CallHippo Dialer you must click Allow on every visit to the below prompt: If you clicked Never Allow, don't worry! To fix this: 1. Click on the button pointed by the arrow in the screenshot below: 2. Allow these permissions: You must then refresh your browser and click "Reload". In some cases, you may also need to log out of CallHippo and close the browser (all windows) and then re-open. Extensions Certain browser extensions can interfere with CallHippo’s functionality, affecting features like audio and causing the interface to behave unpredictably. Below is a list of extensions you should avoid when using CallHippo: Cisco WebEx Adblock Plus Ad Block HTTPS Everywhere Script Safe Flash block Disconnect DoNotTrackMe Ghostery WebRTC Network Limiter Please ensure these extensions are not active on your browser. If you have them installed, follow these steps to remove an extension from Google Chrome: 1. Open Google Chrome and click on the menu. 2. Select More tools > Extensions. 3. How to make calls from the browser?

This guide will walk you through making and receiving calls using CallHippo's user-friendly dialer. Making Outgoing Calls: For Outgoing calls- Step 1: Access the Dialer: There are two ways to access the dialer: Web App: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard at https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard and click on "Open Dialer." Direct Login: Alternatively, you can bypass the dashboard and head straight to the dialer using this URL: dialer.callhippo.com Step 2: Dial and Call: Once you're in the dialer window, simply enter the phone number you want to call and click the "Call" button to initiate the call. Receiving Incoming Calls: Step 1: Log in to your dialer. Step 2: When an incoming call arrives, you'll receive a notification on your screen with details about the caller. Step 3: Click the "Answer" button to pick up the incoming call. Your screen will display the call details while you're connected. How to add a user?

Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard Step 2: Navigate to Users & Performance in the left menu, and then click on "Users" from the dropdown. Step 3: Click on the Invite User button in the top right corner. Step 4:  Enter the user's email, choose a role from the drop-down, and click on "Reports To" if you want to assign a manager for that user. Step 5: Click on any of the available numbers in the "Allocate Numbers" section by simply clicking on them. You can choose more than one number. Afterward, click on the “Invite 1 User” button to send the invitation link to the user using the provided email address. Note: To activate an account, the user should accept the invitation received via email and set a username and password. I hope this was helpful!

How to buy a number?

By purchasing a number you can make calls to any country until and unless there are any restrictions in the country. We are having different numbers for different countries. Video link for your reference- https://youtu.be/k1gy5dIW2QA The steps to purchase the number are as follows- Login to the Callhippo account-> Click on the Numbers. Click on the Add Number. Now select the country for which you want a number.  You can search the country name also if it is not there in the list, then click on “Contact Us”. Our sales team will contact you in this case. After selecting the country you will be redirected to the Number’s section where you can choose the number as per your need. We are having three types of numbers- Local/Mobile/Tollfree. You can select any of them as per your requirement. You can also search the number by Prefix/Number/Location. Prefix- you can type the starting digits of the number and you will get the number of your choice if it is available. Number- you can type the  digits of the number and you will get the number of your choice if it is available. Location- You can choose the location(area wise).     Location wise- Now you can choose the number for your choice. If a number is “Voice Enabled” then you won’t be able to use SMS/MMS services from that number. If that number is “SMS/MMS enabled” also then only you can use SMS/MMS services from that number. For some numbers you have to upload the documents and some numbers are available without document need. After filling details and uploading documents you will lend on the payment page, if your card is already added then the amount will be deducted from there itself. It will take 24-72 hours to verify your document and to procure your number. As Mentioned above, for some numbers you don’t have to fill in details and upload documents, you can directly click on the number and procure it. This is how you can purchase the number.
