With CallHippo, you can simplify customer interactions, boost team collaboration, and enhance the efficiency of your call management processes. We operate on a subscription-based model, with pricing depending on the number of users accessing the account.  CallHippo offers two types of plans: Call Center Solution Office Phone System The key difference between these plans lies in the calling charges. For the Call Center Solution, call charges are additional and not included in the plan. On the other hand, the Office Phone System offers country-specific bundles that include a set number of minutes. If these minutes are used up or if you want to dial other countries apart from what you get in the plan benefit, you can add calling credits and per-minute charges will apply for these calls. Once you purchase the number, you can upload the address proof from the dashboard itself. Below are the steps to follow: • Login to the CallHippo web(web.callhippo.com) • Navigate to Numbers section from left panel. You will see an icon in red just beside the number if the address verification is pending.  • Click on the Gear icon of the Number whose address proof you want to upload. • Go to Departments > Click on Upload address proof.
