Log in to your Sendinblue account.
Go to profile (as shown in picture) and click on SMTP & API.
Now copy V3 Api Key ( highlighted in picture ) and write it somewhere.
Now you have V3 Api Key.
In you CallHippo account -
Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.
Now click on +integrate button and you will be redirected to another page.
Now click on +Connect Your Sendinblue and Enter you Api Key which you copied earlier and click on Save.
Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.
Now click on next and your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated.

How to integrate Datanyze with CallHippo?
Log in to your datanyze account.
Click on your username or email address displayed in the top-right corner of the screen and choose “Settings” from the menu.
Select “API” in the settings menu and you can find your current API token in the middle of the screen.
Now log in to your callhippo account and move to the integrations tab.
Click on +integrate button of Datanyze.
Now you will be redirected to another page. Click on +connect your datanyze.
Now enter the details you noted in the above steps.
Now click on save. It should say Datasource is linked.

How to integrate CallHippo with SurveyMonkey?
Note: Customers should have Enterprise Edition subscription in order to integrate SurveyMonkey with Callhippo.
Log in to your CallHippo account.
Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Select SurveyMonkey and click on Integrate.
You will be redirect the setup page. Now click on Connect your Surveymonkey button.
Now click on Link datasource and you will be redirect to SurveyMonkey Login Page.
Enter your SurveyMonkey username and password and click on Login button.

How to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CallHippo?
Log in to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud account.
Go to Setup (upper right corner under your name).
Apps (on the left panel under Platform Tools)
Create a new package and make sure to give it all the permissions.
Under the package, add a component (use your account subdomain to enter the URI https://SUBDOMAIN.auth.marketingcloudapis.com/ and hit Save
The component gets added along with the Client ID and Client Secret
Now log in to your callhippo account and go to the integrations tab.
Click on +integrate button of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Now you will be redirected to another page. Click on +connect your Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Now enter the details you noted in the above steps.
Now click on save. It should say Datasource is linked.

How to integrate CallHippo with SugarCRM?
Steps to Follow in your SugarCRM account:
1. Log in to your SugarCRM account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Click on the "Admin" panel from the drop-down menu.
4. Within the "Admin" panel, locate and click on "OAuth Keys."
5. After clicking the OAuth Keys, In the sidebar click on the Administration and than click on "Create OAuth Keys."
6. Configure Your Key Details:
Consumer Key Name: Choose a clear and descriptive name for your key (e.g., "My Sales App"). This will help you remember its purpose later.
OAuth Version: Select OAuth 2.0. This version is recommended for its security and functionality.
Client Type: Choose Sugar User. This setting ensures compatibility with Sugar user accounts.
Consumer Key: This is a unique identifier for your key. Consumer Key needs to be entered as per your convenience. Copy and store it securely, you'll need it later.
Consumer Secret: This is a private key and crucial for security. Consumer Secret also needs to be added as per your convenience. Copy and store it securely, never share it publicly.
7. Once you've entered and copied both Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, click the "Save" button to finalize your OAuth configuration.
Steps to Follow in your CallHippo account:
1.Begin by logging into your CallHippo account.
2. In your dashboard, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Integrations.
3. Locate and select SugarCRM from the list of integrations.
4. Clicking on connect button in SugarCRM, opens a popup as shown below where the following details needs to be entered:
Enter your domain name: Fill in your SugarCRM domain name. {The domain name can be found in the SugarCRM profile → Advanced → URL. Please note you need to copy text prior to sugarcrm.com for example if it is: https://sg-tryout.demo.sugarcrm.com then the URL needs to be entered as https://sg-tryout.demo.sugarcrm.com in the CallHippo Integration popup.}
Enter your consumer key!: Enter the Consumer Key you created in SugarCRM.
Enter your consumer secret!: Enter the Consumer Secret you created in SugarCRM (remember to keep this confidential).
Enter your username: Provide your SugarCRM admin username.
Enter your password: Enter your SugarCRM admin password.
5. Once all fields are filled, click the Connect Now button.
6. You'll see a message stating "Your account with SugarCRM will be integrated soon. You will get notified about the same via email."

1. SugarCRM contacts will be synced with the CallHippo dialer as a contact after click-to-call/SMS.
2. Whenever a call is made to SugarCRM contact with the CH dialer then Call log activity will be synced to your SugarCRM contact detail page.

How to integrate CallHippo with noCRM?
Login to CallHippo and go to the Integrations section.
Search noCRM in the search box.
Click on connect.
Enter the API and Domain name of your noCRM account. If the noCRM URL is https://callhippo.nocrm.io/, the domain name would be just callhippo.
As soon as you enter the details and click on “CONNECT NOW” the page will reload and show the integrations setting page.
Here you can make the changes to get the activities of calls and messages. Functionalities: A. Call Activities performed with a noCRM lead will reflect in your noCRM.
-If you have enabled this toggle, All the Call activities that are performed on a noCRM lead through CallHippo will reflect in noCRM as below.
B. Show the activities of SMS sent in the Activities section - If you have enabled this toggle, All the SMS activities that are performed on a noCRM lead through CallHippo will reflect in the activity of noCRM lead.

Features provided with noCRM Integration:
1-Your calls will be directly connected through the CallHippo chrome extension
2- Your all leads/contacts will be directly synced to CallHippo dialer if called from CallHippo Click to Call chrome extension.
3- You will get the activities under leads for all the calls made from the extension/dialer
4- CallHippo allows with a functionality to open the dialer or use the browser extension of CallHippo. If the checbox is enabled, this will open the dialer in a new tab on clicking the phone number. If the same is disabled, than this will reflect the extension besides the phone number and clicking on which opens the CallHippo extension in the web browser.
Notes:
Contacts deleted from noCRM will not be deleted automatically from the Dialer unless the integration has been removed from the CallHippo WebApp.
By default, the option for receiving notification of unattended calls are disabled from the noCRM portal. To receive the notifications, one must enable it from the admin panel of noCRM portal. Below is the path to enable it.
Go to Admin Panel
Go to Integrations - Phone App Settings.

Limitations of fresh sales integration -
1. When you delete a contact from fresh sales after integration. It won’t be automatically deleted from CallHippo dialer. You have to delete it manually from CallHippo dialer. However if you won’t delete it from CallHippo dialer you still won’t get any call activity from that contact.

Step 1- Log in to your CallHippo account.

Step 5- Enter your Help Scout username and password and click on the Login button, In case if you are already logged in than skip to step 6.

How to Integrate Magento with CallHippo
Before you start integration please collect below required credentials.
Your Magento website URL
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
Access Token
Access Token Secret
To find these keys: log in to your admin panel Go to the System -> Integration -> Add integration
I. On the new Integration form, enter the integration name. And your admin password, then got to the API tab.
II. From the API tab select the Resource Access to custom and resources as per given screenshot. If you face difficulties in resource selection then select All. And click on Save button.
III. Your integration will be shows in list. Now click the activate link given to the created integration.
IV. Now confirm the resource permissions and click on Allow button, in next screen you will be redirect to below screen where you can found all the required API keys. You can create a note for the same.
Now let’s start the integration with CallHippo.
Log in to your CallHippo account.
Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Select Magento and click on Integrate.
4. You will be redirect the setup page. Now click on Connect your Magento button.
5. Enter your Magento website URL and other credentials collected from the Magento admin panel, and click on Save button and wait until you redirect back to CallHippo.
6. You can see your Magento integration is successfully integrated with CallHippo.
Your Magento customers will be automatically synced to the CallHippo withing a few minutes. Then you can search and call your Magento customers from the Callhippo dialer and get all the call logs activity to that customers active orders.
Important Notes:-
Call/SMS activity will be sent to customer's all active orders. If order status is Complete, Closed or Canceled you won’t get any call/SMS activity for that order.
New Order/Customer will sync in every 1 hour.
Updated Order/Customer will sync in every 4 hours.

You can follow these steps to integrate your bigcommerce account with Callhippo.
On Bigcommerce :
Log in to your Bigcommerce account.
In your BigCommerce store dashboard, go to Advanced settings > API accounts. Create an API account.
Now click on Create API Account you will get two option then click on Create V2/V3 API Token.
Now Enter Name of your API Account (Any)and copy Store Hash from API Path(selected area showing store hash).
Also give the modify permission to customers which is highlighted and click on save button.
After clicking on save button you will be redirect to this page and get biggcommerce.txt file.
Copy Client Id and Access Token by clicking on highlighted area.
On Callhippo :
Log in to your CallHippo account.
Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.
Select Bigcommerce and click on Integrate.
You will redirect to the setup page. Now click on Connect your Bigcommerce button.
Once you click on ‘Next’ button, you will get one pop-up asking you For Client Id, Access Token and Store Hash (Which you copied in previous steps).Enter the details and click on save.

1. If the user is registered with m1@g.com in CallHippo and with m2@g.com in Pipedrive, what will happen?
Ans - When a user is logged in with m1@g.com in CallHippo and with m2@g.com in Pipedrive, then all contact information will be synced with the CallHippo account. Hence it does not matter if the admin emails are different in Pipedrive and CallHippo.
2. If the user has 4 users in CallHippo with email IDs: u1@g.com, u2@g.com, u3@g.com, u4@g.com, and 3 users in Pipedrive with email IDs: u1@g.com, u2@g.com, u3@g.com.
A) What will happen if u4@g.com calls with one of the CallHippo’s number which is registered with Pipedrive? Will the logs come in Pipedrive? With what agent name?
Ans - Yes, logs will come in Pipedrive with the admin name.
B) If u1@g.com calls through Pipedrive, that user’s name will come in the logs or the admin’s name will come?
Ans - User name will come in logs of Pipedrive.
C) If a new user is added in CallHippo (u5@g.com) and that user with the same email ID already exists in a Pipedrive account, when will these 2 users get synced? Is syncing not required?
Ans - when CallHippo users provide integration rights to their sub-user (u5@g.com). Syncing is not required.

The following are the steps to perform in CallHippo for Shopify Integration:
Shopify Login:
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify Account.
Step 2: Enter the email and password credentials to login your shopify account.
Step 3: Go to the Apps and then click on App and sales channel settings.
Step 4: Next click on the Develop apps button.
Step 5: Next select the App if it has already been created. Else click on Create an app in order to create an app. Else skip to Step 7.
Step 6: Now give a name to an app and again create on create app and an app will be created successfully.
Step 7: Now one needs to Install the App. Make sure that in order to install any App, one needs to configure Admin API scopes or Review configuration.

What to do at provider side to integrate
Steps to Setup Integration at Intercom:
1. Log in to Intercom: Use the account you wish to integrate with CallHippo. {Owner account is preferable.}
2. Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
3. Access Integrations: Click on Integrations and then Developers Hub.
4. Create New App: Click on the New App button.
Set a name and select the desired workspace.
Click on create app button. Your app will be created successfully.
5. Note Client ID and Client Secret: In the Basic Information tab, note down the Client ID and Client Secret.
6. Note down the AppId: From the Intercom URL copy the highlighted part. It is needed for integrating intercom with callhippo.
7. Enable OAuth: In the Authentication menu, edit settings to select the Use OAuth checkbox.
Add Redirect URL: `https://web.callhippo.com/integrations`. Save changes.
Steps to follow for Integration at CallHippo:
1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to the integrations page on CallHippo and find Intercom.
2. Connect Intercom: Click on the Connect button.
Paste the Client ID, Client Secret, and App ID from Intercom.
Click on connect now.
3. Authorize Access: You will be redirected to Intercom to authorize access.
Once authorized, you will be redirected back to CallHippo with the status set to Integrated.

How to integrate CallHippo with Freshdesk?
You can follow these steps to activate your Freshdesk integration with CallHippo and create tickets for each one of your calls
On Freshdesk:
Login to your Freshdesk account.
Note your Domain Name from URL, for example: ‘callhippo1’ is Domain name in https://callhippo1.freshdesk.com.
Go to your Profile icon on the top right corner and click on it. In the drop-down menu, click on ‘Profile Settings’.
Find and copy your ‘API key’.
On CallHippo:
Login to your CallHippo account.
Go to the Sidebar and click on ‘Integrations’.
Click on the “Integrate” button in front of “Freshdesk”.
Once you click on ‘Integration’ button, you will get one pop-up asking you api-key and domain name (which you copied from URL in previous steps). Enter the details and click on ‘Save’.
Once you click on Save, you will get a message saying ‘Your account with freshdesk will be integrated soon. You will get notified about the same via an email’ and your integration status will be ‘in-progress’.
Once the integration is successful and the process gets completed, your integration status will be ‘integrated’ as shown below :
So now you have successfully integrated your freshdesk account with your CallHippo account and your existing data is synced with CallHippo.
But to sync new data that is being created in freshdesk, you need to create several webhooks, which is explained as below :

What to Do at Callhippo Side to Integrate
Step - 1: Access your CallHippo account.
Step - 2: Navigate to the Integrations section in the sidebar.

Your all existing contacts (end user with the phone number) will be synced with CallHippo.
Whenever you update or add a new contact it will automatically sync to CallHippo only if you create a new ticket in zendesk for that contact.
When a call is made with the CallHippo dialer. there will be a ticket created in Zendesk with call log activity.
Whenever a SMS is sent with the CallHippo dialer. there will be a ticket created in Zendesk with SMS log activity.
Use case of creating call ticket
Incoming/Outgoing calls made to any existing Zendesk contact (requester) -> A new ticket will be created associated with existing contact.
A contact saved in CallHippo -> make outgoing or incoming call to that contact -> A ticket will be created and a new requester added with CallHippo data, i.e name, email and phone number.
Incoming call from unknown number -> A ticket will be created and new requester will be added with caller’s phone number.
Incoming call went to voicemail -> A voice ticket will be created in Zendesk.

Limitations
- Multiple Numbers: If a Zendesk contact has multiple phone numbers, only the first number will sync due to Zendesk API limitations.
- Trigger-Dependent Syncing: Contacts only sync when a new ticket is created or an existing ticket is updated.
- Deletion: Deleting a contact in Zendesk does not automatically delete it from CallHippo.
NOTE: Outgoing calls are fully integrated with Zendesk. While incoming calls are functional, a few advanced features may be limited.

Steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:
Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo account.
Step 2: Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 4: On the Zoho Integration Setup dialog box, select your zoho domain and click on Connect Now.

If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in Zoho CRM contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case if tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed than the same wont sync in the Zoho CRM.

Follow these steps to integrate your Groove account with CallHippo.

How to integrate CallHippo with a Custom Webhook?
Login to https://web.callhippo.com.
Go to the Integrations tab.
On the Integrations page, you will find the REST API.
Go to the Webhook section.
Click on the Connect button.
Provide URLs on which you want to get data of your call and SMS logs. Note:
Calling Activity: Upon enabling this, all the Call logs will be synced to the webhook URL.
SMS Activity: Upon enabling this, all the SMS logs will be synced to the webhook URL.
Call Status notification: Upon enabling this, all the call events will be synced to the webhook URL.
Call Notify: Available on Request only and works with predictive dialer. Upon enabling this whenever a call is picked by the receiver, the notification will be sent to the agent.

Webhook Response Parameters:
activityType: Possible values call / SMS.
from: From which number you got a call or you dial from number.
to: On which number you got a call or you dial to the number.
callType : Incoming / Outgoing.
duration: Duration of a call (MM:SS).
status: Call-related status. possible values are Completed, Missed, Rejected, Voicemail, Welcome message, IVR message, Unavailable, Cancelled and No Answer.
time: Call log created datetime.
startTime: Call start datetime.
endTime: Call end datetime.
callCharge: Call charges.
callerName: CallHippo user name who did or received a call.
note: Call notes.
recordingUrl: Recording URL of your call.
callSid: Unique ID of call.
email: Agent email associated with call or SMS.
adminEmail: CallHippo account owner email.
countryName: Name of calling country
reason: Reason for call not not set up or failed.
answeredDevice: Call answered device. possible values: “web”, “ios”, “android”.
ringAnswerDuration: Call ringing duration. format: “mm:ss”.
billedMinutes: Total billed minutes for the call,
hangupBy: Who did hang up the call. Possible values: “Agent”, “Client”.
tags: If an agent added any tags in call notes will be returned in this field.
callQueue: Whether the call went in the call queue or not. Possible values : true or false.
content: SMS text (if activity type is sms).
smsType : Incoming / Outgoing.
smsCharge: SMS charges.
smsSendBy: The name of the agent who sent the SMS.
