How to download the CallHippo Android App?
Step 1: Go to the Google Play Store Step 2: Search for “CallHippo” Step 3: From the results, select the CallHippo Virtual Phone System App Step 4: Click on “Install” Step 5: Once the app is installed, login with your credentials and allow all the permissions.
Note: In order to make or receive calls, you should have a number. Go to https://callhippo.com/ and purchase the number.

I am not able to make and receive calls on my Android app.
Please follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps:
Check if you are using the latest version of the app. If not, please update the app.
Allow all the permissions: Storage Permissions - Settings-->Applications-->CallHippo-->Permissions--> all permission should be allowed (including storage and phone)
Switch to a different network i.e. from Wi-Fi to Mobile data or vice versa.
Re-login to the app and test some calls. If you are facing issues with the outgoing calls, you can also change the provider with the Smart switch and make calls.

What happens if I receive a call on my personal number while I’m on CallHippo call from the mobile app?
If you get an incoming call on your personal number while you are already on call, the application will show a notification asking for permission to put the ongoing call on hold.
You can keep the call on hold and attend the incoming call or simply ignore the notification and continue with the call.
I am not able to make/receive calls on my android phone

Step 3: Switch networks, such as from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data or vice versa.
Step 4: Disable battery optimization and ensure all permissions are granted.
Step 5: Confirm that you have sufficient credits or minutes available in your account.

Try calling a different number within the same country.
Verify that the number you're dialing is valid.
