How voicemail in e-mail works?
You will get an e-mail notification with the voicemail recording when there is any voicemail left by the caller. All the users allocated to the number will get the Voicemail.

Can I set a default number for making calls?
Yes, you can set a default number for a user to make calls. All the calls will go from the default number when local presence is disabled.
You can set-up the default number by following the below steps:
Login to CallHippo Dashboard>Users>Click on the Gear icon
Allocate number>Tick the number you want to set as default.
Please Note: Set a Default Number feature is available in the Silver plan and above plan.
What is Last called by feature?
The Last called by feature gives you an overview of the caller’s previous call. This is useful when one has a team and the call needs to be connected to the user who is the POC. All the users allocated to the number will get the details.
Will I be able to see last call details for the particular number?
Yes, you can see the details of the last call that was made/attended to that particular number while you get the incoming call or dial the number.
