Where can I see the SMS cost and status in the dashboard?
Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to “SMS/MMS logs” in the left menu, as shown below in the screenshot.
Step 3:- You'll find the status of your incoming and outgoing SMS displayed as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4:- While in the SMS dashboard, simply click on the green gear icon located on the top left-hand side. From there, you can easily filter the SMS based on the date range, just as indicated in the provided screenshot.
Step 5:- You can click on the blue gear icon on the left-hand side at the top. From there, you can download the SMS report to check the associated costs, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Step 4: Scroll down to Welcome message and click on Music. You can upload the audio file in mp3/WAV format

How to setup Welcome message?
To setup a welcome message, follow these easy steps:
Sign into your CallHippo account: web.callhippo.com
After Sign in, click on Number section > Number settings.
In number settings > Music & Messages: You will find welcome message option.
You can set message with two option: Text & Music.
If you choose Text option: Enter the message you want to play.
You can set welcome message in multiple languages.
If you want to select Music option: You can upload music file with mp3, WAV format. You can also play audio file.
