How to check voicemail?

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard. Step 2: On the left-hand side menu, navigate to "Call Logs/Recordings". Step 3: Click on the “” and select “Voicemail” and “Apply” the filter. Step 4: Click on the ”” button to listen to the respective voicemail. What is the difference between user voicemail & number voicemail?

Number Voicemail: Case 1: If the agent has enabled the voicemail from the Numbers Settings and clients try to call the agent. If the agent rejects or does not pick up, then clients will get an option to send the voice message to the agent on the same call. The agent can check for the voicemail in the Activity Feed. Case 2: If the agent has marked the Open Hours as Always Closed and enabled the Voicemail, in that case, clients trying to call the agent, then it will reach the voicemail directly. Then clients can send the voicemail.  The agent can check for the voicemail in the Activity Feed. User Voicemail: To enable the user voicemail- First, enable the Voicemail of Numbers setting.  Setup the IVR from the Numbers setting. Then Enable the User Voicemail. After completing these 3 steps, the client will be able to send the voicemail to the users. Like these, if an agent has assigned the IVR then clients try to call them and they will be redirected to the voicemail.  So for setting up the User Voicemail- Enable Numbers voicemail. Setup IVR.

What is difference between voicemail and auto-voicemail?

The below is the difference between both the option: Voicemail: If the caller does not receive the call and call forwarding is disabled, then the call will land on voicemail. The recipient can leave a voice message. Auto-voicemail: The auto-voicemail option is available with Power Dialer. If the system detects an answering machine at the other end, it automatically drops a voicemail.

How to filter voicemail from CallHippo mobile app?

What is voicemail and how does it work?

Voicemail is a digitally recorded message. When you dial someone and they aren't available, you record into a digital mailbox, which is digitally stored voice to be retrieved by the owner of the mailbox. There are two types of voicemails in CallHippo: Default Voicemail: The default CallHippo voicemail message is generic placeholder to prompt callers to leave a message which is already been set by the system for every new account. Customized Voicemail: The user can edit the text and upload his own customized the audio file in this for his callers.  Text→ Enter the message you want your caller to hear. How can I play the voicemail in a mobile application?

Step 1: If the number is configured ON for voicemail, only then the user will be able to listen to voicemail. Go to Menu from the top left corner. Step 2: Click on All Calls. How to set an After Work Hours message?

An After Work Hours message is played when the agent/phone number is not available after specific business hours.  To set up an After Work Hours message, follow these easy steps: Login to your CallHippo account (web.callhippo.com) Click on the ‘Numbers’ tab and then click on the ‘Number Settings’ icon as shown below Navigate to Custom in "Open Hours" under "Number Settings" and you will be able to see the After Work Hour Message. You can set up a voicemail or add a greeting message. You have the option of playing text or music If you choose the ‘Text’ option, enter the message you want to play If you select the ‘Music’ option, you can upload a music file in an mp3, WAV format. How to enable voicemail on your CallHippo number?

Step 1: Go to CallHippo’s dashboard - web.callhippo.com Step 2: Click "Numbers and DID" then "Numbers." Step 3: "Under the 'Action' segment of the desired number, locate and click on the blue 'Number Settings' icon. Step 4: This will redirect you to the number-settings page. Click on VOICEMAIL Step 5: Now, you can enable the toggle to activate the voicemail service. Two options: You can either manually write the voicemail message to suit your needs. Or upload a pre-recorded audio file. Please note - We offer voicemail transcription, which provides a text version of your voicemail. A fee of $0.1 per minute applies.

What is Voicemail Transcription and How to Activate it?

Voicemail transcription is a feature that converts the audio of voicemail messages into text, allowing you to read the content of your voicemails rather than listen to them. This can be particularly useful for quickly scanning messages and identifying important information without having to listen to each voicemail. Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard Step 2: Click on "Number and DID" on the left-hand side panel. Step 3: In the dropdown, choose "Numbers". Step 4: Click on the gear icon next to the phone number where you want to enable Voicemail Transcription. Step 5: In the “Numbers” section, locate the Voicemail option. Within this section, find the Voicemail Transcription sub-option. Toggle the button to the right to enable it. Note:- Additional Voicemail Transcription charges of $0.1/min will be applicable.
