Call Scribe is a feature that helps to form the transcript of the call that are been recorded. This feature helps us with the words spoken on the call by a typed copy of the recorded calls. With the help of this feature, you can see the transcription of call recording. You can find the transcript in the Activity Feed. Call scribe will cost $10/user.  Here are the steps: Click on ‘Activity Feed’ to see your call logs.
