With the help of this feature, you can see the transcription of call recording. You can find the transcript in the Activity Feed. Call scribe will cost $10/user.
Here are the steps:
Click on ‘Activity Feed’ to see your call logs.
Click on the icon denoted as ‘i’
Click on the icon as shown below to read the call transcript for that particular call
