Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com).
Step 2: Click on Users.
Step 3: Now click on Settings/Gear icon.
Step 4: Scroll down to the section “Forward –to-device”. You will see a toggle button besides Machine Detection. Turn it off.
