Can I get call on my forwarded number and CallHippo Web dialer at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to get call on Callhippo Web / App and forwarded number simultaneously.  Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com) Step 2: Click on “USERS”   Step 3: Click on gear icon and go to User settings    Step 4: Then go to “Get the call on the Forwarded Device and CallHippo Number simultaneously”. How to disable/turn off Call Forwarding?

Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard Step 2: Click on “Users & Performance” followed by  "Users" tab located on the left side panel. Step 3: On the right-hand side, click on the gear icon for the respective users for whom Call Forwarding needs to be disabled. How to turn off/on Machine detection?

Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com).   Step 2: Click on Users. Step 3: Now click on Settings/Gear icon.   Step 4: Scroll down to the section “Forward –to-device”. How to set up “Show CallHippo Number in Incoming Forwarded Calls” feature?

It works with call forwarding feature in incoming calls only. Enabling this feature displays your CallHippo number on your device during an incoming call, helping you  identify calls from CallHippo. However, disabling it will display the caller’s name directly.  Steps:  ●Login to your CallHippo account using the link(web.callhippo.com)    ●Click on NUMBERS tab present on left hand side of the tool    ●Click on gear symbol for number settings    ●Turn ON the “Show CallHippo Number in Incoming Forwarded  Calls” feature    Hope this helps!  For further queries, please contact us at support@callhippo.com   

How will Call forwarding work when I’m on the dialer or on the app?

If you have the web dialer or mobile app logged in, the call will first ring on the dialer/app for the first few seconds. Later if the call is not answered through the dialer/app; it will get forwarded to your personal number. If you are logged in only on your web dialer and not on the mobile device, the call will simultaneously ring on your web dialer and personal number. If you are logged in to the mobile app and not on the web dialer, the call will first ring on the app for the first few seconds. Mobile Backup: If you're not on the web app, the call seamlessly forwards to your CallHippo mobile app (Android or iOS). This way, you can answer the call on your smartphone, keeping your personal and business lines separate. Regular Phone as Last Resort: Only if you're not using either the web app or mobile app (perhaps your phone is off or the app isn't installed), will the call finally forward to your regular phone number. You can configure Smart Call Forwarding in no time.  In order to activate it on your system, just follow these simple steps:  1. Login to your CallHippo account  2. Click on “Users”. You will be able to see all the users associated with your CallHippo account.  3. Select the user whose number you want to enable smart call forwarding for. Click on the gear button to open the specific user settings.  4. From the menu, select “Forward-to-Device”.  5. Simply slide the button indicating “Forward-to-device” and you’re done! The setting will be saved, and the smart call forwarding functionality will now be active for the user you selected!  That was super simple, wasn’t it? Use the CallHippo android or IOS app to avoid charges. Charges: Call forwarding involves two steps: First, an incoming call will be received on your CallHippo number, and the incoming call charges will apply based on the country code of your number. What are the call forwarding charges and how does it work?

Call forwarding is a two-step process.
