How to Check Available Add-ons

Step 1: Log in to Your CallHippo Dashboard

Sign in to your CallHippo account.
 

Step 2: Open Plan, Billing & Credits

Click the Settings (Gear) icon from the top-right corner and navigate to Plan, Billing & Credits.
 

Step 3: View Your Add-ons

Checked add-ons are already active. Unchecked add-ons are available for purchase.
 
 

How to Add an Add-on

Select the add-on you want to purchase and click on the Change Plan button. A confirmation popup will appear displaying the pricing details. Click Yes to confirm the purchase.
 
 

How to Remove an Add-on

Uncheck the active add-on and click on the Change Plan button. Confirm the removal in the popup window.
